Convocation 2022
The Convocation Ceremony, a day devoted to celebrating students' lives, is a time of unrestrained optimism. The Annual Convocation of Jagannath Community College (JCC) Rohini, for the batches of 2017-20 and 2018-21 was held at Shah Auditorium, Civil Lines, Delhi on 13th March, 2022.
The ceremony started with the arrival of the Convocation Procession followed by a welcome address and felicitation of esteemed dignitaries on the dais. The Ceremony was graced with blessings of Goddess Saraswati with lighting of the lamp and invoking goddess Saraswati.
The dignitaries on the dais were; Mr. Deepak Gupta, Vice Chairman - JCC, Prof. V. K. Aggarwal, Pro Chancellor - Jagannath University, Ms. Nirmal Bhatnagar, Dean - Journalism & Media Management, Shri S. L. Aggarwal, Controller of Examination and Ms. Anshoo Walia, HOD - Hospitality, Catering, Travel Tourism & Service Industry.
The function proceeded with sharing some pearls of wisdom by Prof. VK Aggarwal, Pro Chancellor Jagannath University to the graduating students. The speech was followed by prize distribution ceremony starting with distinction followed by certificate distribution to the graduates by all the dignitaries on the dais. Finally, the ceremony of transition of students into further phases of their lives was concluded followed by pledging honour to our country by singing the national anthem. Refreshments were served to make the happy hearts smile even more. The Convocation Ceremony ended with a joy that is sure to inspire the students to achieve great heights.
