The focus of the 6 months certificate program is to develop basic operational skills like food & beverage service, basics cooking & baking, and an introduction to front office & housekeeping operations along with a basic knowledge of food science, nutrition, tourism and french language. This certificate program emphasises on developing personality and imbibing professionalism so that the students can effectively handle issues that commonly occur in day to day work life.
